Our nonprofit education management company is seeking a WORKDAY Reporting and Business Analyst to join our team! Our company reshapes what is possible in public education, and we are known for delivering education to students from all backgrounds. As one of the fastest growing and largest charter school networks, we pride ourselves on excellence and outperforming other schools in every district of NY.
This position will be onsite 3x per week in the Financial District, and 2x per week remote *or 100% remote.*
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide reporting, analysis, and support to all levels within the organization
- Gather business partner requirements to deliver clear, concise, and meaningful metrics, trends, and analytics through HCIS and Workday reports, dashboards, discovery boards, scorecards, web services, and worksheets.
- Participate in data analysis and research projects to solve problems and provide actionable insights for organizational decision-making.
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HCIS and Workday reporting and best practices, collaborating with other organizations in Workday Community to share knowledge and create and/or adhere to industry best practices
What You Need for this Position
- 4+ years of experience with HCM reporting including a robust working knowledge of WORKDAY reports (advanced, matrix, composite), tools (WORKDAY Report Writer and Report Designer), and WORKDAY’s data architecture.
- Experience with PRISM and/or BIRT reporting experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree
