About You:
- Strong technical expertise in full stack software development, with proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, VueJS, and Angular, as well as back-end technologies including NodeJS, ExpressJS API, MySQL, AWS, Redis, Postgres, and MongoDB
- Proven experience in software development and contributing to an environment that values learning and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities that convert business requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Passion for staying current with the latest trends and advancements in software development and the ability to drive innovation and standardization within the team
- Committed to aligning technical solutions with a deep understanding of key business performance metrics
About the Role:
- Taking ownership of front-end and back-end development tasks, designing and implementing features across the entire technology stack
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality features that are well-aligned toward business outcomes
- Inspires the team towards ambitious goals and ensures timely, high-quality delivery
- Conducting code reviews to ensure quality and providing mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team
- Tackling complex technical challenges and finding innovative solutions to meet business objectives
- Documenting technical solutions, APIs, and processes to maintain clear communication and knowledge sharing within the team
- Responsible for ensuring the software’s quality, testability, security, and integrity, following best practices to protect user data and prevent potential vulnerabilities
- Staying informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in full-stack development, evaluating their potential application within the team’s projects
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, VueJS, and Angular
- Experience with back-end technologies, including NodeJS, ExpressJS API, MySQL, AWS, Redis, Postgres, and MongoDB
- Proven experience working in software development teams and delivering high-quality products
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, test-driven development, best practices, and coding standards
- 2+ years of experience developing cloud native applications on AWS
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points for:
- Experience working in a tech company and/or high-growth startup
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with paired programming
- Contributions to the software development community (open-source projects, blog posts, conference talks, etc.)

- Our salary range for this position is $143k – $194k, in addition to compensation we also include an employee equity package as a component of our offer along with other benefits and perks outlined below.
