Zscaler’s Revenue Enablement Team is seeking a Program Manager of Enablement Operations to create and maintain a seamless learning experience in all revenue enablement tools including Content Management System, Learning Management Systems, learning engagement tools, and reporting tools. The program manager will be responsible for working with our Revenue Enablement and Velocity team and the cross-functional Zscaler organization to develop processes and policies for content management, site administration, and other general enablement operations. The program manager will function as the primary Go To Marketing administrator for enablement tools and will provide Tier 2 technical support for learners and other Go To Market Administrators. Enablement operations expands beyond tools by focusing process improvement and reporting analysis that will allow the Revenue Enablement & Velocity Team to scale while increasing revenue impact. Responsibilities:* Provide Tier 2 technical support to Go To Market users and administrators for enablement systems including Litmos and Mediafly* Collaborate with the Engagement Strategy Program Manager to execute system design and programs* Define and manage the user access, permissions, and assignments for GTM users to all enablement applications* Expand on and enforce existing site governance to distribute content ownership to internal stakeholders* Develop a content management process and policies that ensure accurate and relevant content on all enablement tools* Build and own robust reporting structure for internal, partner and customer training materials and certifications* Analyze reporting, training usage and make strategic recommendations to broader team* Assist Learning Experience Designers, courseware developers and trainers in creating and uploading customized courses, exams, and content * Work with tool vendors and internal IT/operations staff troubleshooting technical issues* Build requirements documentation for internal IT or Vendor for new tools or professional support, as needed and assist in tool procurement processes Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in sales enablement content development role and/or owning learning management systems* Experience managing a Learning Management System or Content Management System as sole or primary administrator* Passion for operational efficiency and streamlining/automating workflows* Some technical experience with integration of multiple tools* Knowledge of SFDC data reporting, Tableau, or Power BI tools* Experience in building certifications or multi-step learning in learning management systems* Experience with developing e-learning and instructional materials for erse audience that incorporate multiple learning styles* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Highly innovative and analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality* Adaptable and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change* Ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner* Resourceful with a notable ability to execute with little supervision#Salary and compensation
