We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role is responsible for testing code quality and completeness from our development environments. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with product teams to efficiently communicate results and possible solutions.
The salary target for this role is $70,000 – $80,000.00; this position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus.

When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions
- Work with developers to create test scripts related to user stories
- Run test scripts to ensure completeness of code
- Act as stage gate for code moving into UAT
- Communicate with regression testers any possible areas of interest
- Update product team on status of stories
- Work with management to improve QA processes
- Ability to present issues to group when needed
- Update and maintain QA best practices for product teams
Travel Requirement of 0-5%
Education | Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in Salesforce environments
- Salesforce Administration 1 certification is a plus
- Experience working with Jira is a plus
- Financial Services experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
