We cover a wide range of design projects, including print/digital campaigns, social media graphics, posters, logos/branding, presentations, web designs, and more. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with a creative team to create captivating visual content that showcases the messaging and marketing efforts of our business and marketing clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop compelling visuals for digital, print, and web platforms, focusing on emotional ties to the audience
Assist in the creation of campaign materials
Provide support to clients and marketing staff by delivering amazing content
Collaborate with a team to deliver innovative designs that elevate clients' brands
Create brand identities and style guides for clients
Stay updated with the latest design trends and changes in design elements and theories
Manage design requests for clients and internal purposes as required
Actively participate in client meetings to understand requirements, manage reveal sessions, and present design concepts
Organize workflows efficiently to stay ahead of deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of post-graduate experience in graphic design (portfolio with examples required)
Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), or a related field
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite is essential shown through examples of logos, branding, layout design, brochures, flyers, web design and other design work.
Understanding of the psychological motivation of emotionally driven content and how to manipulate that through design
Strong core design skills including visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color
In-depth understanding of color and design theory
Ability to effectively organize information through visual design
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
Demonstrate ability to work self-reliantly and stay ahead of deadlines
A drive to deliver the highest quality products, contribute to the growth of the company, and support overall agency goals
