We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team in developing a world-class platform that connects retailers with brands from around the world. In this role, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design and implement new features for our platform. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes that enhance the user experience and improve the overall functionality of the platform.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
* Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet business and user needs* Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes for new features and product improvements* Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions* Work with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently* Maintain design consistency and ensure brand guidelines are followed* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and user experienceRequirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in product design for web or mobile applications* Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving skills, and visual design skills* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite* Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer* Experience working in an agile development environment* Excellent communication and collaboration skills* Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plusIf you’re passionate about design, user experience, and want to be a part of a fast-growing startup that’s making a difference in Southeast Asia’s retail industry, we’d love to hear from you.
