Who you are:
You have 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master under your belt and are looking for your next challenge in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, industry disrupting, SaaS company. You are excited to work with emerging technologies and modern tech stack with a collaborative engineering team, where you will have a direct impact in the delivery of first class software products. Your experience mentoring others, working with distributed systems, relational databases, and all things software development has prepared you to take your career to the next level.

What you’ll do:

- Schedule and facilitate the teams’ agile ceremonies.
- Ensure the proper use of our processes and remove impediments for the scrum teams.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead to make sure requirements are clear and team members are working on the highest priority items.
- Track relevant metrics to measure the teams’ performance.
What you have:

- Startup experience
- Familiarity with the SDLC
- Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement, retrospectives, etc)
- Prior experience working with multiple teams at a time
Extras you bring to the table:

- Jira Admin experience
- Scrum master certification is a plus
- Experience working with a distributed team
