Relive is an app used by more than 15 million people to track and share their outdoor adventures. We think that being outdoors and exploring the world around you is amazing for your mental and physical wellbeing, and we're on a mission to get everyone exploring the outdoors and living a healthy and active life.
We're growing fast (100% YoY for most metrics). We currently grow 100% organically via viral/word of mouth growth loops - users share an activity from Relive to their social media and that triggers their friends to sign up too. This works because our users love our product and love to share it with their friends and family. We are aiming to have more than 100 million users of Relive within the next 3 years.
< class="h3">π©βπ¬ Product Analysts at Relive We're looking for product analysts to join our team to help build amazing experiences that our users love. You'll be part of a small team (you + 5) and be given a clear focus area. Your job is to work with your team to understand the problems our users are facing, help to define possible solutions, and evaluate our work to know if we're having an impact. You'll support your team by generating insights from exploratory analysis and work to validate the team's hypotheses and look for signals that you're on the right (or wrong) path. You'll help the team to learn fast by making sure we generate learnings quickly and reliably - you'll run the team's A/B testing process, conduct user research, and help answer ad hoc data questions. You'll be coached and supported by an experienced Lead Product Analyst - Menia. We believe that the best way to learn is by doing, but this should be coupled with mentoring that will help you to grow fast in your role. This means that you will have regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and input. But your mentor will also make sure that you feel empowered to make your own decisions and then reflect on them together. π‘ What would I work on?
- We're planning to invest in a few new areas of our product. You'll focus on enabling communities to gather and thrive on Relive. From a local running club to your favourite Olympian. From your morning coffee run to that national park you've been dying to visit. You'll be focused on providing creators and community members with the tools and experiences they need to get inspired to explore the outdoors and to stay happy and healthy.
- Your role will be crucial for making communities within Relive a success. You'll work on better understanding the problem space (this means working in lots of ambiguity and uncertainty), identifying high-impact focus areas and help define possible solutions. Together with the rest of your product team youβll identify and prioritise opportunities and build amazing experiences for our users.

< class="h2">π What we're looking for π Relive Product Analysts are:
- User obsessed - we talk to users constantly and e into the data we have about their behaviour.
- Analytical - we've got a lot of data and believe in A/B testing whenever it is possible (almost always). You're able to break down problems, spot patterns, and draw conclusions.
- Critical thinkers - it's easy to lie to ourselves with data or use it to confirm our beliefs. You are regularly challenging your team, looking for flaws in your reasoning, and helping to find the truth rather than proof.
- Focused on producing data - your job is generating insights, not constantly answering ad hoc questions. If you mainly get your kicks from making dashboards and providing data to your team rather than actionable insights then this probably isn't the role for you.
- Afraid of talking to users - our data tells us the what, you're eager to talk to users and curious to understand the why.
- Lone wolves - You bring your skills to the group and work together to deliver value to our users. You're willing to contribute to every part of the discovery process.
