At Monument, we’re building a vertical software platform for the self-storage industry. This is a rare opportunity to reinvent a $30 billion market from the ground up.
As our Product Designer, you will work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to design our platform and introduce beautiful UI/UX to the space.
Your Responsibilities
Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs in Figma.
Conduct research to inform decisions and validate design prototypes with customers.
Work directly with the VP of Product to define a product vision that solves customer and business needs.
Collaborate with engineers to optimize designs for technical delivery.
Create a design vision that’s 2-3 years out.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience designing UI/UX for web applications.
Experience conducting user research to inform decisions and validate your designs.
You use your strong business acumen to design solutions that satisfy both customer and business needs.
You are passionate about selling big ideas and building something from scratch.
You have strong Figma skills.
You thrive in a team setting.

To ensure alignment and cohesion, Monument holds quarterly in-person all-hands gatherings in the Dallas, Texas area. All team members are expected to attend.
