To fulfill our mission, we're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing and Demand Generation Lead. This role will report directly to our CEO. You will help establish our brand, develop go-to-market strategies, and analyze campaign performance.

You will be the first marketing hire in a fast-paced and growing team. You will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of programs driving top-of-funnel traffic and improving down-funnel conversion across our B2B marketplace to exceed company targets. You will work closely and partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product/Engineering on developing and maintaining analytics, dashboard and reporting.

What you will do:

* Lead all growth marketing and demand generation efforts, including development and execution of strategy to drive market awareness, educate and capture buyers’ interest, and ultimately build a pipeline to exceed company targets

* Planning, executing, evaluating, and optimizing marketing campaigns
* Enabling Sales with materials (content, playbooks, email language)
* Understand and implement best practices to develop and execute our inbound lead generation
* Lead, manage and execute SEO strategy, with thee ability to use AI and data automation
* Define lead quality, optimize marketing processes, and implement best practices to improve conversions and deliver smoother marketing and sales handoffs
* Balance lead volume and quality to achieve return on marketing spend and meet budget
* Form a tight partnership with Sales to meet/exceed sales goals

We'd love to hear from you if:

* You have 5-10 years experience in Growth Marketing/digital analytics in fast pace startups

* You have 5-10 years in planning and executing growth strategies in the B2B space (B2B or B2C marketplace preferred)
* You are hungry for growth and set high standards for your achievements.
* You have strong web skills and are comfortable using HTML/CSS/JS or low/no-code tools.
* You are advanced in marketing automation platforms and consistently demonstrate creative thinking with full-funnel marketing initiatives (acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue).
* You work well across departments and stakeholders and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You have experience in a high-growth startup with the ability to wear multiple hats
* You have a bachelor’s degree
* You are solutions-oriented and have a passion for the transportation/logistics space.
