Requirements:

* Proof of work is a must - prior internships / strong design portfolio

* Ask right questions to understand problem statement deeply.* Can dig deep to understand audience for whom you are designing* Can ide audience into user segments and can make workflows and solve problems as per* Bonus - It's a dynamic design role, can do basic motion designs, like https://jitter.video

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with our product and growth teams 💡

* Design product features with a structured process - Research, user insights, competitive analysis, etc.* Basic prototypes in Figma wherever needed.* Be aware of the problems across the platforms and can suggest what can be solved with design. Tech team will make a feature for it.* Collate user feedback / Take data driven decisions wherever needed

Note: It's a full time internship. Though timings are flexible enough to adjust for your classes, it's a must that you availability is good during internship in order to make a meaningful contribution.
