eyeo has colleagues based all over the world. We love our ersity and our company culture. We practice an agile, remote workstyle with work distributed in cross-functional teams that span nearly every timezone. Many of our tech teams prefer to work asynchronously. If working remotely isn’t for you, we also have two offices (Cologne and Berlin) that you can choose to work from. Twice a year we come together with our teams for Team Days and once a year we offer an offsite company retreat, Summer Week. By offering remote work and in-person sessions, we have built a hybrid culture that offers a unique dynamic of flexibility and belonging. 

< class="h3">What you'll do

You will be part of the accounting team of five members and report to the Head of Accounting. The team is based across Germany in a remote setup. You will be working with our international employees and stakeholders supporting our international subsidiaries as well.

< class="h3">After your morning routine, you'll be expected to…

• Provide friendly support on all financial related matters to our eyeo colleagues and external customers and vendors
• Accounts payable (50%)
• Communicate with international vendors
• Process incoming invoices
• Assign cost centers to invoices
• Pay vendors
• Accounts receivable (vacation cover)
• Prepare customer invoices
• Monitor incoming payments
• Send out payment reminders
• Process travel expense reports (20%)
• Create bookings in LucaNet (20%)
• Project work (10%)

< class="h3">What you bring to the table…

• At least 2 years of working experience in the field
• You love to work in an environment that favors digital files and software tools over physical paper and binders
• You enjoy working within an international and erse work environment
• You have a degree as an accountant (Buchhalter m/w/d), tax accountant (Steuerfachangestellter m/w/d), a business apprenticeship (Kaufmann für Büromanagement m/w/d) or an administrative degree with bookkeeping experience
• Fluent in both verbal and written English
• Fluent in both verbal and written German
