🌍 Where? Around Brno, CZ. You can work remotely most of the time in Czechia (but we have new beautiful offices at Vlněna in Brno ;)

🙌 Language? The business language is English. Be prepared for the interview in English (we are not aiming for perfect grammar 😊). CZ/SK language is a big plus

About the role
- We are looking for a new friend and colleague - a manual QA engineer who will help us to keep our product absolutely bulletproof. Modern tech-stack, amazing team of motivated colleagues, freedom, responsibility and tolerance. That is the environment where we work and develop our Product Performance Management platform. And we need you to help us keep the quality of our product in perfect shape.
- What you can expect to be part of your daily job?
- Manual checking functionality of new features and ensuring the operational stability of old features.
- Executing test cases to verify the functionality of our platform.
- API testing.
- Regular regression testing of our platform.
- Monitor logs for unexpected errors.
- Identify and report bugs for developers to fix.
- Assisting our support team in reducing the amount of false bugs report received.
- Cooperating on new features during their definition (nitpicking problems and possible corner cases before development starts).
- If interested, you will have the possibility to improve the delivery process and test pipeline.
- If interested, you will have possibilities to focus also on automated tests. We are happy to boost and support your automation testing skills.
Who we are looking for?
To get a good start on the job you should already know/have:
- A technical background (IT school or previous at least 1 year of technical work experience)
- Ability to understand and speak in English + ideally Czech/Slovak. The first interview will be in English (we are not aiming for perfect grammar :).
- You know browser dev tools (how to use console, network tab, network tools...).
- Understanding of JSON structure
- HTTP fundamentals
- At least theoretical knowledge of different forms of testing such as white box, black box, smoke tests...
- You are patient and able to spot even the smallest irregularity.
- A good communication skills - you will interact with developers and designers daily.
- SQL, HTML + CSS, Javascript/Typescript, Cypress or HTTP API will be a great advantage
