We are on the hunt for a Data Visualization Developer/Business Analyst who will work closely with our clients solving complex data problems. As the Technical SME, you'll work with the ImagineX Architect to identify areas for process improvement and communicate with the client on a daily basis. You'll review data available in the SQL Server Warehouse and identify if there is enough information to answer the questions, and if not, identify, document and communicate gaps.

Technical Requirements:
- 4+ years experience developing data visualization with Major Data Visualization tool (Power Bi preferred, but Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Spotfire or other considered) to tell compelling business stories with available information
- Must have consulting experience (Big4 would be a bonus)
- Proficiency in analysis in complex data sets
- Experience visualizing data from unstructured and structured data sets
- Basic Data Warehouse data modeling experience
- Ability to optimize data sets using SQL
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience
Functional Skills Needed:
- Can translate business needs into documented requirements and wireframes
- Ability to identify and articulate missing required data, incorrect granularity, and recommend solutions to solve these issues
- Keen artistic eye for presenting information
- Experience presenting their insights to all levels in an organization
- Experience rolling out and training users on Tableau portals and dashboards.
- Identify ways to improve data reliability efficiency quality and collecting data from various sources and normalize it
- Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into actionable insights
- Can distinguish the difference between qualitative and quantitative analysis with an understanding of when to user either
- Can articulate the appropriate types of visualizations to articulate information
- Add on's/Plus'
- High Priority given to candidates with experience working with and presenting Cybersecurity data
- Experience migrating to an enterprise implementation of one of the data visualization tools is a plus
- Experience working off-shore partners is a nice to have
