We’re seeking a highly motivated Staff Engineer (Backend) to join our Enterprise Engineering team who is familiar with scalable architectures, data flows, and APIs. We value problem solving skills, continuous learning, great communication and accountability. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Develop API’s and integrations for a large-scale, cloud-based application
- Build and implement microservices to improve scalability and performance
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including development, code reviews, testing and production
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience developing in Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, Java, or C++
- Experience with Postgres or MySQL
- Experience writing unit tests and integrations

The US base hiring range for this full-time position is $194,700-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including work location, experience, training, and skill level, so pay for this role may be higher or lower than what is shown on this posting.
