Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design and be proficient in creating visually appealing and functional digital assets.
Location
Portland, Oregon (Would be Awesome)
Remote (Would be Awesome Too)
Responsibilities
Lead the design of web and digital projects from concept to completion while adhering to deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to bring visual concepts to life
Ensure design consistency and quality across all digital platforms
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to make data-driven design decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web design technologies
Qualifications
Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design work and projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
