As a Head of Data Analytics you will build the foundation for a world-class analytics team that translates data into actionable insights to drive business performance across gaming, payments, and e-commerce products.

Serving as a Leader in the Analytics organization, you will use your deep industry expertise to develop and govern our data strategy, ensuring we adhere to best in class principles and have confidence in the outcomes of our experiments.

Working closely with our technical and product teams, you will play a crucial role in helping us build better products and acquire new customers effectively as we scale.

You will...

  • Effectively lead the analytics team. Hire, train, and empower data analysts and scientists
  • Define overall data strategy and roadmap, taking into account erse business goals
  • Set technical standards / tools to implement the strategy in a scalable, cost-effective manner
  • Develop ways-of-working with product, growth, and engineering to reduce waste / noise
  • Operationalize company-wide, team-specific, and product-specific performance metrics via dashboards and automated reporting

Requirements

What makes you a great candidate?

  • Experience building and scaling processes from scratch, ideally in a F2P gaming company
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization using large, complex data sets
  • Experience setting up and running experiments (A/B, A/A/B, etc) for B2C applications
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage high performing, erse teams
  • Strong first principles thinking and ability to distill complex systems into component parts
  • Experience translating requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams
