Working alongside Data Scientists, Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers, you will focus on specific components and features of our product. Your role will involve hands-on development and collaboration, helping to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our users.Key Responsibilities:* Actively participate in the development and implementation of features within the team* Engage in the team’s scoping and planning exercises* Strong communication skills and be able to write clear and concise technical documentation * Contribute to identifying and resolving performance issues in the system, optimizing code, and refining database queries.* Support technical initiatives, following industry best practices for code quality and testing.* Work towards being a technical leader and take ownership of the work you do Engage in cross-functional collaboration, receiving mentorship from senior engineers, and providing input and support to your team. About You* Technical expertise: 2  years of professional software development experience with proficiency in relevant Reach and FE  libraries/frameworks. Keen to grow your skills in technologies such as Python, PostgreSQL, and basic architectural principles.* Aesthetic and user-focused design: A keen eye for design and user experience, understanding how to translate design wireframes into high-quality code that aligns with visual design and UX principles.* Responsive and interactive web development: Experience in developing responsive web applications and understanding of frontend  fundamentals along with RESTful systems.* Team collaboration and communication: Developing strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.* Problem-solving and critical thinking: Demonstrated ability to contribute to solving technical challenges within your scope, thriving in a dynamic environment. You are growing in understanding the full application lifecycle, from technical requirements to final implementation. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: *  $123,250 - $145,000  in San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CAFinal offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors. #Salary and compensation
