Who You Are:

The Manager, Analytics is responsible for measurement planning and KPI identification that sets the foundation for ongoing campaign reporting, analysis, insights generation, and data visualization across all digital media tactics. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and internal teams on analytics capabilities and recommendations, serving to establish a strong relationship with the client. You also will be responsible for recommending technical capabilities for testing, analysis, and reporting and presenting this information, as well as campaign data and recommendations for constant improvement throughout the campaign lifecycle, to the client. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality and accuracy and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and present ongoing client reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations on landing page/website performance to clients or internal teams
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and modeling from complex, disparate data sources to recognize patterns, identify performance improvement opportunities, and forecast performance
  • Seek efficiency through automated data collection
  • Identify appropriate A/B testing opportunities
  • Prepare case studies and POVs for use in pitches and client and internal education
  • Have extensive experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Serve as a mentor to other team members, helping to train and educate the agency on analytics capabilities

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing and analytics
  • Familiarity with campaign trafficking and tagging, and campaign management platforms
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Datorama, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience with R, Python, or other programming language
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organized
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs, and responding with a sense of urgency
  • Establish a strong working relationship with internal and external team members and stakeholders; ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • A natural researcher, inquisitive, and interested in discovering the “why” behind data, with the ability to think strategically and connect data from various sources to tell a story
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and is self-motivated
  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, statistics, or business-related field. 4+ years of analytics experience in the field of digital media
  • Prefer candidates located in San Francisco, Austin or Asheville, NC
