We are seeking a talented and creative Designer with 2-8 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and impactful assets for our cold outreach initiatives, including designing 3-5 engaging email templates. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating 1-2 captivating landing pages that drive conversions and a versatile newsletter/drip campaign template.
Key Responsibilities:
Design 3-5 email templates for cold outreach that align with our brand identity and target audience.
Create 1-2 visually appealing landing pages to optimize user experience and increase lead generation.
Develop a flexible and captivating newsletter/drip campaign template that enhances customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and design compelling visual solutions.
Implement best practices in design, user experience, and conversion rate optimization to achieve desired outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our brand remains innovative and fresh.
Requirements:
2-8 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on email marketing and landing page design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and responsive design principles.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design expertise.
