Brandbeet, a leading design agency, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating outstanding design solutions for our clients. We are looking for someone proficient in branding design, graphic design, and social media design. Your expertise in industry-standard tools and techniques will be vital in delivering top-notch design work. This is a fully remote position with asynchronous work, allowing you to work on your own schedule without mandatory meetings.
Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and captivating design concepts that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.
Execute end-to-end design projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and social media content.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams remotely to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience.
Create visually striking designs that effectively convey the desired message and maintain brand consistency.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers as needed.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding design, graphic design, and social media design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
Ability to work independently, collaborating effectively in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
Adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.
Job Details:
Employment Type: Full-time, remote (asynchronous work with no mandatory meetings)
Salary Range: $36,000 USD - $46,000 USD annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
