Data Engineer

As a data engineer, you will lead the development of ETL data delivery processes, design the data storage structure, identify inefficiencies in existing processes and develop optimizations to remove them.

What you'll be doing: 

• Define and implement a strategy for storing different types of data in different storage
• Create and maintain data pipelines architecture
• Design and build Data Warehouse system
• Build the infrastructure for ETL

What you'll bring to the role:

• Passionate about technology, delivering scalable, reliable and secure software
• 5+ years experience with data architecture, data modelling, data processing
• Commercial experience with DWH (ClickHouse is a plus)
• Commercial experience with ETL/ELT
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL database design and queries on high-load systems
• Hands-on experience with C#/Python
• AWS Cloud Services
• Big Data Tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc)
• Data pipeline and workflow management tools (Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc)
• Event-Based Architectures
• CI/CD

Desirable: Any of the following would be beneficial

• Experience with multi-geography, multi-tenant applications (preferably event-driven microservices architecture)
• C# / .NET ecosystem knowledge
