Our client is a startup from Israel working in the financial sector. The SAAS product developed by our client protects the financial transactions of end users from fraud using AI / ML technologies.
We are looking for a motivated team member to join the distributed engineering team to develop the next version of the product.
As a Data Scientist, you will be in charge of constructing the company's Machine Learning pipelines and models. You will research the performance of the models and take part in devising new features to improve that performance and combat new and emerging fraud patterns.
Responsibilities:
- Improving the performance of the company's Machine Learning models
- Adapting the company's models to the needs of new clients
- Researching the performance of the company's Machine Learning products and suggesting new features
Skills:
- A brilliant and experienced data scientist
- 3 years of experience as a data scientist and software engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Significant experience in building machine learning models and applying statistical techniques
- Strong Proficiency in working with Python
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Git experience
