The Puzzlers, a top-tier digital agency based in Berlin, is on the hunt for a Web Designer (Figma) to join our team in Bali. This role can be either remote or onsite.

At The Puzzlers, we believe in nurturing creativity and the freedom to explore projects beyond the usual scope or to acquire new skills. To this end, we grant you one day each week to e into activities that enhance your creative thinking or design skills.
What the role is all about:
As our Web Designer, you'd be tasked with crafting eye-catching websites, developing UI components, creating responsive multi-page sites, and maintaining our design system.
We're seeking creatives who can break the norm and introduce an "editorial design" aesthetic into the web design realm. Applicants should possess a keen designer's eye and an interest in the latest tools and techniques.
Your skillset:
Key skills include proficiency in Figma (understanding variants, autolayout, and components), orderly file management, a grasp of Atomic Design Systems, and a good understanding of graphic design (typography, colors, hierarchy). You should be self-motivated, have excellent English communication skills, and a desire to learn new skills. Bonus points for skills in ProtoPie and motion graphics understanding.
