< class="h3">The Role < class='"ql-block"'> < class='"ql-block"'>Kasa is searching for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Finance team, reporting to the Billing Manager. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will help build Kasa's global brand by initiating collection on non-traditional payments, verifying proper payment resolution, and ensuring database accuracy. Kasa is building an efficient and effective finance team to ensure best-in-class financial reporting and guest satisfaction. In this position, you will play a critical role in building a market-leading finance team to service Kasa's rapid growth across multiple asset classes and geographies. Iniduals with at least one year of administrative, billing, accounts receivable or hospitality experience are encouraged to apply. < class='"ql-block"'>  < class='"ql-block"'>This role will be based remotely and will report to the Billing Manager at Kasa HQ in San Francisco. < class="h3">About the Team < class='"ql-block"'>Kasa is building an efficient and effective finance team to ensure best-in-class financial reporting and guest satisfaction. You will be joining a team with erse backgrounds in hospitality, real estate, and private equity. The team focuses on building scalable processes by being resourceful and having a growth mindset. This remote role will be the tenth hire on the Finance team, allowing for significant upward mobility within a fast-growing organization. < class="h3">Experience
  • At least one year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Stripe; accounting background preferred but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills; this role involves multiple ongoing processes that require superior attention to detail.
  • You're highly motivated and able to maintain efficiency while working independently.
  • You're proactive by nature and can act decisively when needed.
  • You’re a team player who is committed to uplifting your coworkers and the company.

  • Taken ownership of our accounts receivable process.
  • Maximized speed of collection while maintaining good relations with the clients.
  • Helped create new processes and improve reservation financial accuracy.
  • Collaborated with Communications, Reservations, and Portfolio teams to eliminate reservation billing errors and improve financial reporting accuracy.
< class="h3">Day in the life of a Kasa Accounts Receivable Coordinator < class='"ql-block"'>As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, your typical day will include being responsible for the invoicing and collection process of manual invoices, group sales, unique reservations, and more. You will regularly communicate with partners and booking platforms to resolve payment for reservations in which payment is collected outside of Stripe (our payment processor).  < class='"ql-block"'>  < class='"ql-block"'>You will work closely with the Revenue Accounting team to ensure revenue accuracy and process adjustments to financials where necessary.  < class='"ql-block"'>  < class='"ql-block"'>Some key duties of this role will be to help ensure that all balances on non-traditional reservations are collected, manage the invoicing process from creation to collection, and support the revenue accounting team to ensure all financials are reflected in the database accurately. < class="h3">Benefits
