About The Team:

We’re looking for an experienced Demand Generation marketer to help build our emerging demand gen program, with the goal of driving qualified opportunities for our sales team as well as self-service account sign ups and paid plan purchases. This role will oversee our lead generation strategy, build out our lead nurture program, improve handoff and follow up coordination with the sales development team, and test new channels for demand generation. This role reports to our Lifecycle Marketing lead and will drive both strategy and execution, working closely with the rest of the marketing team, SDR lead, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales and others.

In a typical month, a Demand Generation Manager at OneSignal might:

* Help uplevel our inbound and outbound lead generation program, developing strategy and improving our process, while driving the day-to-day execution

* Diversify our lead generation channels to drive more leads across our self-serve and direct sales businesses
* Help develop a scoring model and technology to identify PQLs and create sequences to help them progress down the conversion funnel
* Work closely with our paid media manager and events manager to ensure high-quality leads are being nurtured and converted down funnel
* Manage consistent communication between the marketing team, SDRs, and sales leadership to gather and act on input and feedback on our campaigns
* Develop and drive reporting, including consistent forecasting and reporting on inidual campaign results
* Partner with RevOps and Lifecycle Marketing to ensure a smooth lead experience and troubleshoot any technical issues
* Build and execute demand generation-focused campaigns in Marketo
* Work with ops and the content marketing team to evolve and mature our gated content strategy. Drive the evolution of our lead scoring program and process in partnership with MarketingOps
* Work with BI to identify areas of opportunity to improve data usage in our campaigns

What you'll bring:

* 5+ years working in marketing, with a minimum 3 year in a B2B SaaS demand generation-focused role

* A data-driven and revenue-focused mindset and are excited about consistently testing, measuring, and iterating
* Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally 
* Comfort owning a number, specifically driving quality MQL’s that deliver qualified pipeline 
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage end-to-end campaigns
* Ability to think creatively, including writing compelling campaign copy
* Familiarity with a marketing tech stack is a plus; Marketo experience preferred
