6 Month Contract Project | 100% Remote, Minneapolis Client

$55- $70/hour W2 Pay

Hello Temp is looking for a contract Senior Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst to drive analytics, strategies, planning for a sales team. This project role interacts with various sales and marketing leaders and is responsible for building and influencing commercial sales models to enable the organization to grow at scale. This role requires a high level of business acumen, customer solution focus, multi-tasking skills, comprehensive organizational skills and analytical ability.

• Create, execute, and lead sales solutions that drive profitable growth
• Develop actionable analytics and propose recommendations and strategies to solve commercial opportunities in unique ways that return optimal value to our business
• Partner with cross functional team to outline and execute sales process to achieve ision and franchise level objectives
• Partner with the sales organization and appointed Advisory Boards to align on processes and projects to drive the business forward
• Assist in strategical planning
• Build strong collaborative relationships across the ision (including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Sales Training, and other internal groups, etc.). Ensure alignment with proposed strategies and plans and facilitate collaboration towards achieving common goals and outcomes
• Participation in various sales related projects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software, Tableau and/or Anaplan preferred
• Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
