ABOUT THE ROLESo far, Taktile has engaged in initial marketing efforts but mostly used outbound sales tactics to build up strong momentum and enable the credit teams of some of the most advanced FinTechs globally to easily build and iterate on automated credit decisioning workflows. Yet, in order to unlock the next stage of growth and become known as the leading player in automated decisioning, we want to focus on building a best-in-class marketing function.

We are looking for an exceptional talent who has created a high performing marketing function from scratch, built a successful B2B SaaS brand, and scaled it to become a significant contributor to the overall pipeline. A creative leader who understands B2B dynamics, loves to craft empowering messages that resonate with our target group and rolls up their sleeves to help us to get that message in front of the right audience. As the leader of the marketing function, you will have creative freedom to build up the function based on your vision and recruit a high performing team that suits your needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop a solid understanding of our customers, target markets, growth opportunities as well as competitors and challenges

Position the Taktile brand in a highly competitive environment and generate awareness for our brand among our key buying personas

Work closely with product, sales, and the founding team to provide feedback to our go-to-market strategy, ideal customer profiles and personas, and core messaging/value proposition

Identify marketing channels, solutions and narratives that will efficiently drive new customers to Taktile and grow turnover

Develop, implement, and iterate on measurable campaigns across multiple channels and personas to deliver a quality sales pipeline in the form of qualified leads and booked meetings

Assess and prioritize our leads based on their lifetime value, strategic relevance and the chance of their turning into a valuable customer

Manage budgets and campaigns across all marketing channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Develop a deep understanding of the customer buying journey to improve conversions at each stage in a cost effective way via targeted campaigns (including email nurture)

In medium term, identify, vet, hire and manage the team to accelerate the execution of your plan

Manage performance reviews, evolve our team structure and Taktile’s marketing capabilities as we progress through different growth stages

IDEAL, BUT NOT REQUIREDYou have 5-10 years of experience in working across multiple marketing domains in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment (ideally, incl. growth marketing/demand generation)

You have built a led a marketing function and have a proven track record of building strong brands and generating meaningful pipeline

You have strong analytical skills and the ability to define hypotheses, measure performance quantitatively, and articulate results from data to make intelligent decisions and consult strategy across the company

You have a strong track record of independently planning and executing targeted campaigns over across multiple channels and have managed projects with external vendors

You know your way around marketing automation (e.g. Hubspot) and analytics tools as well as SEO and paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn)

You have experience in building and managing teams as well as developing talent

You have an excellent feel for the English language, are able to perfectly apply your creativity to text and art direction, and produce high-quality outputs
