Come join us!   Dun & Bradstreet is looking for a data analyst to join our team, ideally located at our Jacksonville, FL world headquarters.  The role will be to provide engineering support to the data operations team by processing customer data files. Outlined client deliverables will help show the value of data that is waiting to be unlocked for insights and targeted marketing activities in the digital ecosystem.  The role sits within the Audience Targeting ision of Dun & Bradstreet and is a fast-growing product line within the company - offering a high degree of career growth and development opportunities.   This role reports to the Director of Licensing Data Operations in the United States and will work closely with many departments including Technology, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.  In this role, you will work to understand client business needs, then translate this to action by analyzing data and developing solutions for curating our vast array of data assets into solutions for some of the world’s largest brands.  Your colleagues include Adtech, Direct Marketing and data industry veterans.  Together, you will support the most sophisticated Data Science and Marketing teams at the Fortune 1k companies and some of the fastest growing companies in the world.

< class="h3">Responsibilities:
  • Work in SQL based systems including Redshift, Big Query, DataBricks, & Command line
  • Interface with Dev Ops & Engineering to solve technical issues
  • Process client deliverables accessing redshift tables, legacy exporter tools & legacy export systems
  • Complete work requests within engineering sprint schedules documented in Jira, Confluence, Excel spreadsheets
  • Interact with data operations and internal client teams, and participate in client data review meetings
  • Manage technical discovery efforts with the client to identify pragmatic solutions for meeting client data consumption requirements
  • Develop technical specifications and execute delivery of data solutions
  • Define features and phases in alignment with business goals
  • Provide educational sessions and technical explanations for customers - including both technical and business-oriented audiences
  • Distill large sets of complex information into meaningful, bite-sized summaries
  • Work to become Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all things around a Personally Identifiable Information (PII) ID Graph
  • Continued learning of B2B marketing best practices

< class="h3">Essential Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience using SQL to analyze data and deliver both custom files and insights to customers
  • Proficiency using command line-based tools
  • Proficiency with setting up STP/FTP connections for file exchange
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with remote VPN servers using Cyberduck.io
  • Strong software development and database experience
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of DataBricks a plus
  • Highly organized and capable of managing many moving projects at once
  • Fabulous verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
