About the OpportunityJoin OKX's dynamic creative studio as a Senior Designer and help create world class design for our rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchange platform. Reporting to the US Design Lead, your role is crucial in delivering compelling design work across various channels, including YouTube, social media, web, editorial content, education, branding, digital marketing, campaigns, and events. We are looking for a strong designer with a background in the development of creative materials from conception to production. You are skilled at bringing your creative vision to life, and mentoring junior teammates to help them bring their creative visions to life, too. Responsibilities:What you'll be doing:Be part of the development and execution of creative materials from briefing through concepting, executing, and production, with guidance from the creative director and Design Leads.Take ownership of higher priority projects and execute senior designer level work.Ensure design consistency and excellence across a variety of deliverables and brand touchpoints including visual product design, campaigns, web pages, event design, etc.Be an excellent cross-functional partner to a variety of global stakeholders.Creative Operations:Streamline production processes for efficiencyMaintain an Omni-channel approach within the marketing team (Content, Social Media, PR, Local Marketing, Product and Digital Media)Help define and evolve brand guidelines and asset requirementsTeam and Relationship Management:Foster a positive and innovative team cultureSupport team development and mentorshipBuild strong relationships with cross-functional teamsSkills, Knowledge, & Experience:5+ years design experienceExperience as a design generalist and providing direction and support across different creative fields such as motion design, branding, social media design, event design, etc.A strong portfolio that demonstrates your strategic, conceptual, and design skills through visually-compelling work.Mastery of design tools: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects is a plus)Strong creative problem-solving skillsMastery of composition, typography, color, and imageryAbility to meet tight deadlinesPassion for branding, animation, and designNice to haves:Video and/or motion experience3D experienceCopywriting experienceCrypto or fintech background Perks & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and developmentVarious team building programs and company eventsWellness and meal allowances Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants More that we love to tell you along the process!
