Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and creative UX/UI Designer with expertise in Figma to join us in our journey. As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric and visually appealing digital experiences. Your proficiency in Figma will be essential in translating design concepts into interactive prototypes and seamless user interfaces. If you are passionate about user experience, have a keen eye for detail, and excel at designing intuitive and delightful interfaces, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the product manager, developers, and others to understand user needs & requirements.
Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with branding guidelines, usability principles, and industry best practices.
Conduct user research to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs to enhance user experience.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and troubleshoot any UI-related issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and techniques.
Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve designs.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization and promote a culture of empathy and user-centricity.
Requirements:
Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field to UX/UI design. A combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its features and ability to utilize them efficiently.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, color, and typography.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts and rationale.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is desirable.
