This trailblazer is charged with building partnerships with functional leaders to execute strategic projects aimed at increasing better user experience and accelerating results. This may start as an inidual contributor role and quickly evolve into managing Program Managers and/or Business Analysts. This role reports directly to the P&C Business Process Transformation Leader. This role can be based anywhere in the US. Responsibilities:As a Senior Program Manager, you have overall accountability for assigned projects. You will work with various business units and functional leaders at the highest levels of the organization to detail current processes, develop new processes and lead transformative projects aimed at achieving the strategic and financial objectives of the business while preparing the business for future. You will need to understand the current P&C landscape vs. the strategic direction of the organization and extract the relevant information to support requirement definition, business design, usability design and end user testing. You will lead action-planning, project tracking and scheduling to ensure deadlines are met, and drive business transformation efforts that yield high value within the organization.Minimum Qualifications * More than 12 years of project management experience driving global and cross functional change and HR transformation. * Demonstrated the experience to apply knowledge on HR data security administration.* Demonstrated the experience to apply knowledge on HR data migration.* Ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions and prioritize risks and issues.* Demonstrated experience in partnering with IT groups and cross functional teams for HR tools deployment. * Ability to champion better user experience.Preferred Qualifications: * Demonstrated experience in an HCM migration or deployment. * Self-starter who takes initiative, and approaches all responsibilities with grit and perseverance to get things done.* Proven record for managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and budget.* Ability to drive results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures.* Track record of handling extremely confidential information appropriately. * Curious and creative professional.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including strong PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel skills with experience developing materials for executive leadership* Detail-oriented.* Strong sense of urgency and able to escalate issues appropriately.#LI-JV2#LI-Remote #Salary and compensation
