Crocs is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and highly organized Sr eCommerce Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This person will be responsible for evaluating Crocs e-commerce websites across desktop and mobile browsers. The Sr QA Analyst will develop and execute test plans (manually), maintain our test case library, and review functionality of our systems to identify defects and potential enhancements. You will collaborate with Developers, Project Managers, and our Product team throughout the development process to understand the functional requirements, test and validate functionality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design, create and execute manual test cases.
Provide QA estimates for testing. Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in Jira. Guide and teach the less experienced QA analysts. Proactively identify risks with the testing. Proactively identify improvement in processes. Manage test coverage. Manage test environment creation and maintenance. Coordinate testing efforts within the team as well as help other teams out when applicable. Organize and prioritize tests. Delegate testing assignments. Manage stories in terms of testability and clarity for requirements. Manage and merge pull requests for releases. Recommend solutions or work around to defects when appropriate. Recommend application improvements for the user.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
BS or BA in Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
Minimum 4 years of QA experience with SFCC platform. Strong functional knowledge of web applications. Task oriented with the ability to initiate work with minimal guidance. Outstanding attention to detail. Strong understanding of agile testing principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize, manage and meet deadlines. Effectively manage time and operate with sense of urgency. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
