What we're looking for
Ideally you have demonstrated an excellent track record by transforming technical requirements into fully functioning, envisioning the end result based on customer needs and identifying opportunities to re-architect and build the platform. You should be technically savvy, self-driven, detail-oriented with biad to build an scalable and re-usable platform. We're looking for Principal Engineer who thrive in an agile, collaborative, global company, who would love to work with the best in class technology team and strive to unlearn and learn new things every day, and bring strong distributed systems, data infrastructure and data engineering experience to the table to go above and beyond the expectations and has a passion to build the next generation ;ow code no code platform

Role Responsibilities:
You'll join a smart group of engineers who build and manage the low code no-code data infrastructure and platform. We're passionate about scalable and highly reusable systems - just like you! You'll apply your experience with technologies to large-scale distributed data infrastructure that provide building foundation to the low code no code platform. This includes rearchitecting the existing database and schema, bringing new data platform components, building Microservices architecture and taking the platform to the next level.
Other things you'll be responsible for are:
- Design and implementation of the data infrastructure of the low code no-code platform for the field services
- Driving the strategic selection, design, and implementation of technologies to enable comprehensive availability and Zinier data.
- Building, hiring and mentoring team, which builds products in collaboration with PMs, Solutions and Revenue.
- Coaching and mentoring other engineers on the team and also ensures that zinier adopts the best practices for the software architecture.
- Collaborate efficiently with product management, technical program management, operations, and other engineering teams to capture requirements, drive implementation, and provide transparency.
Role Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven track record in building scalable, distributed data infrastructure and data products
- Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Python, C, C++ or other programming languages, and also has a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, databases, etc.)
- Expert level knowledge of various storage platforms: Sql, NoSQL, Document store, Object store, Kafka, Key Value Store and building the data access layer and application for the underlying complex data platforms
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing technologies like snowflake, databricks, GCP, Azure or AWS Data eco-systems
- Expert level knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Rest APIs and GraphQL services
- Experience using source control systems, docker, containers, kubernetes, ansible, terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in managing a team of junior and senior developers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast moving environment.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams from products, solutions and business. This includes working with the senior leadership team
- Sound knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
- Work on performance issues, memory leakage, load sharing
- Push boundaries and infuse the organization with modern technology and mindsets
