Introduction
We are seeking a highly creative and talented Visual Designer to assist our marketing team. As a Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and creating visually compelling marketing materials to support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Design engaging and impactful marketing materials, including report covers, social graphics, web pages, one sheets, white papers, and other visual marketing assets.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials.
Generate fresh ideas and innovative design concepts that align with our brand guidelines.
Ensure designs are optimized for various channels and platforms, including digital and print.
Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Visual Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Knowledge of Canva is a plus.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Experience designing marketing materials for digital and print mediums with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
Candidates regularly available during US working hours will be given priority.
