Currently, our platform supports the media channels “Display”, “Mobile and “Video”. “Digital Out of Home” and “Addressable TV” will follow shortly.
Founded in 2014 by our CEO Alexander Anhuth, we rely on proprietary algorithms, 100% brand safety, full transparency and offer solutions for national, regional, and local campaigns that are billed on a KPI basis. There is more information on our hiring principles and more on our careers page.
Our process will look a little like this:
- Submit your application—we want to hear from you and how you align with our values.
- Phone Screen—if your application is selected, a member of our Ops team will reach out and schedule a 30-minute call to learn more about you and give you a chance to ask us questions.
- Interview with a Director of Product—the next step is an hour-long call with a Director of Product, Alison Renfro. She will take this time to understand your skills and experience.
- Interview with team members—we’re a very collaborative company, and we want the team you’ll be working with to have a chance to get to know you more and how they may work with you. You’ll be meeting with Alison Renfro (Director of Product), and members of the product team for an hour-long interview.
- Decision—after the team members deliberate, the VP of Product will inform you of the final decision. Whether or not you are offered a position, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Note: Industry research shows that iniduals in traditionally underrepresented groups generally don’t apply to jobs unless they check all the boxes for the role.
