About the role
The Platform Team is AON3D's newest team, responsible for maintaining and delivering the AON3D Hub web application. The Product Designer will work alongside the cross functional leads to build the product from the ground up. This role will own UX/UI from low fidelity flows and wireframes to full fidelity interface design. This is a hands-on design role that will also require a strategy-minded self starter. You should have a passion for creating functional (and good looking) user interfaces, and enjoy working closely with product designers, product managers, software engineers, and getting usage feedback from end-users!
What you'll do
The AON3D Hub is a greenfield product with lots of new features, components, and styles to be designed and established as part of the AON3D design language. Because of this, ideal candidates will be able to fully immerse themselves in the product and take ownership of the look and feel of all aspects of the webapp. As a designer, it will be your job to ensure that the features find a way onto the screen in an easy-to-use and visually stunning form, as well as helping establish new patterns and rules for the company's brand and creative direction. You'll be in frequent and direct communication with developers implementing your work.
Responsibilities for this role include:
* Helping create and maintain a brand wide design system and component library for use in webapps and software
* Assisting to define product feature specifications, direction, and information architecture
* Creating designs and workflows for new features and functionalities
* Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are correct and complete
* Scopes project work (in partnership with PMs and engineers) and helps define the design process and timeline
* Build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside of core product teams; strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the following requirements to be considered for the role and is interested in taking an active role in the product development lifecycle. Since this is a greenfield product, there's plenty of opportunity to make an large impact and help steer the long term development of both the product and team!
* 4+ years of relevant web or user interface design experience — ideally at a tech-forward, product-driven company
* Experience working with Figma, Sketch, XD, or similar
* Able to understand and bring structure to complex systems, and extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviors
* Basic understanding of web technologies - you know what is and isn't possible, and have an idea of how frontend development works

The RoleWe are looking for a Partnerships Lead who will be instrumental in developing strategic plan and execution to grow and foster LTSE’s partnerships for lead generation and brand awareness.
This Partnerships Lead will manage LTSE Equity’s most critical partnerships with VCs, law firms, founder organizations, and more. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (including legal, ops, sales, marketing, and engineering) in crafting thoughtful strategies for engaging and partnering with networks. About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality and quantity of talents in our Manila office. As a Recruiting Specialist on this team, you will be challenged to find and attract the right people in Manila and convince them to join our startup. The roles you will get to hire for range from photo/video editors, sales agents, customer support agents, through to professional/senior roles like analysts, engineers, team leaders, and senior managers. Your impact on recruiting and onboarding new talents will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide.
What you’ll do:
* Help Snappr expand to new markets by growing our Manila operations capacity

Our Product team is the heart and soul of Snappr. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, design, analytics, operations, marketing and sales to help design and build products that users love. This data-driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical prowess, design thinking, user empathy, and interpersonal ability to lead our highest impact product initiatives.
As one of our very first Product Management hires, you'll meaningfully shape the product of one of Silicon Valley's fastest growing marketplaces.
