About the role
As a Mobile Product Designer, you will collaborate with other Designers and cross-functionally to create meaningful, productive, and delightful experiences that drive overarching business goals. You will focus on mobile experiences in the form of web apps and native apps. This is an opportunity to join a Design team in a hyper-growth startup.
What you’ll do
* Design mobile products and experiences from conception to implementation and optimization.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our paid media channels. You will create, launch, test, and optimize campaigns to grow brand awareness, generate demand, and acquire leads.
What you’ll do
- Develop, implement, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Strategize with Marketing Managers and cross-functionality to determine campaign strategies

We’re seeking a People Operations Generalist who c hampions a best-in-class team culture, adding delightful touches throughout the employee life cycle and in our physical/virtual team spaces. You will focus on stewarding and constantly improving elements of the employee lifecycle, especially in Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Culture, and Benefits.

- Create and drive a comprehensive customer success strategy for the technical support team. This includes effective hiring, onboarding as well as an operational plan including specifics around the people, process and technology required to achieve it
- Define success criteria and establish key operational metrics to track
- Develop standards for handling customer issues and escalation path to ensure customer satisfaction and drive successful outcomes
- Responsible for ensuring success for the (Go-to-market) GTM rollout of support programs.
- Identify the pain points, trends, and issues that our users and customers face. Most importantly, you will resolve those issues by directly fixing problems and by working together with the Sales, Engineering, and Product teams
- Provide world-class Customer-first Support to our ever-growing customer base with your unsurpassed customer service and problem-solving capabilities
- Investigate and resolve customer issues via our ticketing system or in real-time through Helpscout.
- Ability to work on time-sensitive issues and provide timely resolution and clear customer communication
- Assist clients with configuration and connection to other systems such as Surfer SEO, Grammarly, Copyscape, and DeepL.
- Work with the product engineering team to communicate bugs or other issues to be fixed and incorporated into future releases.

As a Product Manager at Jasper, you’ll be a key member of the product team. We believe video is the most powerful format to tell stories about our customers and deliver educational content. Since Portal is a set of building blocks that can be combined in creative ways by almost any kind of business, we want to show our audience what is possible. And since we serve so many types of companies — from agencies to online therapists, tutoring businesses, and 100s others — we think that there is a massive opportunity to share specific tutorials catered towards specific types of businesses. To get a sense of what we're looking to do, two companies that we believe have executed an A+ video strategy are Glide and Webflow.
In this role you'll work directly with the CEO, meet our customers, become an expert on the product, and lead the entire video creation process — research, scripting, production, voiceovers, motion graphics, editing, and more. We don't expect you to be an expert in all of these areas, and you'll have the ability to pull in contractors if we need difficult shots, expensive equipment, challenging motion graphics, or other support.

As an early PM at Portal you will work closely with the CEO, be a critical part of our core team, and have a huge influence over the direction of the company. Our goal is to build the world's best computer vision infrastructure so our users don't have to. This means we handle a lot of challenging complexities like seamlessly ingesting dozens of data formats, processing millions of images per day, and deploying auto-scaling machine learning infrastructure that can handle our customers' most demanding training and deployment needs.
Our core app sits atop Firebase with assistance from auto-scaling groups of Docker containers (for jobs like archiving datasets and training models). Zuddl lets large organisations create conferences online that can go live in minutes. We reproduce all aspects of a physical conference from one on one networking to expo showcases.
Existing online conferences often feel like a one-way webinar where attendees have no impact on the outcome. It might as well be a pre-recorded video. On most platforms, all online events look the same. It’s easy for attendees and speakers to forget what they’re attending. Many customisable platforms that do exist take weeks or months to get your event up and running, we do it within minutes.
At Zuddl, we’re building out a library of templates for all of the configurable elements of our conferences. You can build off of existing templates and get your event up and running within minutes. By mixing and matching our different event zones, you can reproduce all aspects of physical conferences online. Discussion tables facilitate organic group networking with easy switching between different tables. The expo zone can be used to showcase partner and sponsor booths. The backstage zone helps you run dry runs to ensure smooth event execution. With Zuddl, you can create fully branded conferences with engaging experiences.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, high-performing salesperson with experience selling SaaS technology. The ideal candidate historically meets and exceeds the quota, thrives on winning, and is willing to take the necessary steps to get there including but not limited to aggressively prospecting, building and maintaining a pipeline of 4X quota, as well as possessing the ability to strategically navigate through organizations in an effort to get in front of key decision-makers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Qualify, build and manage an accurate sales pipeline working with up to 100 accounts in your assigned territory.
- Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling with a focus on generating new business within our existing customers and new prospects.
- Build strong relationships with customers and prospects through the delivery of web and in-person sales presentations, illustrating strong product knowledge and sales best practices.
- Articulate Zuddl’s' value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients while understanding the competitive landscape.
- Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Support teams.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all prospective customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree and proven experience, at least 2-5 years as an Account Executive, or similar sales role.
- Consistently over-achieved quota (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions.
- Experience in managing high-value deals and closing complex sales cycles.
- Previous Sales Methodology training and CRM experience.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills with strong business acumen.
