Solution Architecture sits at the intersection of technical expertise and business experience. Holistic consultative approaches drive customer value generation. Reporting to the Manager of Solution Architecture, this technical expert will be instrumental in ensuring customers continue to add value with their data and in turn grow usage within our existing customer base through opportunity discovery and execution of Fivetran’s continuous adoption framework. Solution Architects will also work to improve customer experiences that start in the sales cycle and extend through all post-sales functions including Customer Success and Support.
This technical expert will ensure delivery of technical success across the full customer journey including establishing the technical win in coordination with sales engineering, building flawless customer onboarding experiences, customer care, ongoing engagement, consumption growth, and net revenue retention. This technical expert will act as an internal advocate for customers and bring the voice of the customer into the rest of the organization to share perspectives leading to an increase in meaningful outcomes and increasing business value to our customers.
In addition to the requisite passion, skills, and experience, this technical expert will have a consistent track record in leveraging their expertise through others, enhancing the knowledge and skill level of colleagues and building and executing mid to long term data strategies within multiple customer environments.

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketer to build out our Enterprise brand.
Product Marketing at Fivetran is responsible for customer and market insights to drive product messaging and positioning, go-to-market strategies, while influencing demand generation campaigns to drive product growth. As CoinTracker’s first Crypto Tax Analyst focused on India, you will be an integral part of CoinTracker's founding Tax team. Your mission is to make CoinTracker the most accurate crypto tax product trusted by both consumers and accountants in India. You’ll do this by researching and sharing valuable insights with our Product, Customer Support, and Partnership teams.
