Overview
Healthcare needs good data. At PicnicHealth, we are building deep real-world datasets fueling cutting-edge research while giving patients control of their own medical record data. These complete, clinically-rich datasets produce unique insights — across dozens of diseases — to ultimately get the right treatments into patients’ hands faster. We do this by working directly with patients and leveraging state of the art machine learning to transform messy medical records into structured, research-ready datasets. To date we’ve helped tens of thousands of patients securely access their records and proactively contribute to advancing research in diseases that impacts their lives.
Founded in 2014, PicnicHealth partners with 13 of the top 30 biopharma companies and we have raised over $100 million in venture capital from investors including Amplify Partners, Felicis Ventures and B Capital Group.
And we are just getting started! If you are looking to join an award winning, mission-driven, motivated team that is making a real impact across millions of people’s lives, PicnicHealth might just be the place for you.
The Opportunity
Machine learning is at the heart of our work and technical strategy. Our company sifts through the messy mountain of data that captures each patient’s care journey in whatever format it exists in the real world. To do that, we’ve built a human-in-the-loop AI/ML pipeline that ingests medical records and scans, converts them into structured data, and then synthesizes them into a form that is directly useful to patients, clinicians, and researchers. This process enables us to build products that improve patient/doctor communication and care decisions, or develop the next generation of data-driven life-sciences studies.
Our Machine Learning team’s goal is to capitalize on the latest technology to both expand our core capabilities and to improve the efficiency with which we process records in our existing pipeline. Our latest strategic initiatives have already begun putting large language models (LLMs) at the heart of our predictive techniques. We are looking for an ML Engineer who is fascinated by what it takes to use emerging techniques to solve real business problems today, and what it takes to launch that cutting edge tech into production at scale. In this role, you'll develop new prediction models using techniques like instruction fine-tuning on top of LLMs, build infrastructure to productionalize both training and inference, and help our team accelerate existing strategic projects.

About Us
SwiftSku is a Y Combinator backed seed stage startup. SwiftSku's CEO, Mit Patel, grew up managing the inventory, pricebook, and reporting of his family’s convenience stores, and, when vendors would come by, he’d bridge the language barrier as a translator. More than 85% of independent convenience stores in the United States are owned by Indian families like Mit’s.
SwiftSku’s app connects to point of sales at convenience stores in real time, enabling owners to remotely manage and monitor their stores. We take the guesswork out of running a convenience store with predictive analytics, dashboards, and reports.
Solving convenience store owners' pains of today leads to SwiftSku's greater vision of optimizing the supply chain, facilitating a retailer agnostic consumer to brand relationship, and providing real time insights to brands and retailers.
In the last year we have grown revenue by more than 5X. Today we have over 1000 locations on our platform and we are looking to scale to 10,000+ in the next 2 years.
Job Overview
As the founding member of the marketing department, you will work directly with both founders Mit (CEO) and Daniel (COO). SwiftSku’s marketing efforts to date have been minimal. We are looking to hire a superstar generalist to figure out how to drive user acquisition and create brand awareness among mom-and-pop convenience store owners with no online presence.
About You
* You’ve got hustle and grit. This is the VERY FIRST marketing hire at a seed-stage startup. Leads don’t fall in your hands. People don’t know us. There’s no tried and true playbook. There might be bad days… in fact there are likely to be many of them. But you’re ready to scale Mt Everest, roll up your sleeves, and figure out how to make it happen. It won’t be easy. There’s no existing process, big brand, or anyone to lean on. Just you working with me, the founder, and a whole lot of grit.
* You want to propel your career (and maybe build the skills to found your own company).* You have at least 2 yrs of Growth/Marketing experience under your belt at a high-growth B2B startup and want to try your hand at building a growth engine from scratch. You are a hands-on operator who’s built and scaled revenue in a fast-growing startup environment.* You’re not one for defined roles. You’re creative and flexible to try anything and everything to get our ICP to book calls with sales.* You have excellent prioritization skills and can roll up your sleeves and get things done from start to finish* You have a desire to be accountable for hitting marketing performance targets and KPIs* You’re metrics-driven. Can you work backwards from a revenue target to figure out where leads are coming from, where to double down, and where to cut efforts? Missing the mark? Where should we invest to fix our pipeline?* You’re quantitative and analytical. You make budget investment decisions based on results from your experiments. You can clearly show the founders what’s working and why.* You can find your way around Google Analytics, Salesforce, Excel and other reporting tools, and can build the reports you need to measure performance. You’re not using guesswork to decide what’s working, you’re looking at the data.* You are an exceptional storyteller with fantastic communication skills.* You’re scrappy and aren’t afraid of making mistakes. You iterate quickly until you find what works.Who is this not a fit for?
* You’re a manager not a doer.
* You can’t work hard right now. If you have other priorities outside of work, being the first marketing hire at a startup is probably not the right move.* You need a traditional environment and structure.* You’ve never worked at a fully remote company before* You’re not excited about helping small family-owned businesses.💼 Responsibilities

About CommandBar
CommandBar is a platform for helping software companies make their software easier to use.
How many times have you been frustrated by software? Maybe you didn’t know how to make the software do what you wanted. Maybe you had to wade through pages and pages of support documentation — or stay on hold with a chatbot — to figure something out. Or maybe the software you were using took 12 clicks to do something basic.
CommandBar makes any software product simpler, faster, and personalized. We do this by enabling product teams to embed a collection of widgets inside their products that can proactively guide users and react to what they seem interested in.
Today, CommandBar serves forward-thinking SaaS companies like Gusto, Hashicorp, Netlify, Freshworks, and AngelList.
Despite our scale, we're a tiny team today that's just beginning to grow, which means tons of opportunities to do trajectory-altering work. If you're inspired to upgrade how humans use software, come join!
Why CommandBar?
You’re probably really talented. Why should you take your talents to CommandBar? Here are reasons we think working with us is uniquely high impact — on the world and your career.
*
Our ratio of impact on the world is high (and we intend to keep it that way).\
*
There is a lot of room to grow and lead teams (if you’re into that) as we scale. A lot of the roles that we are hiring for are the first in the function so you’ll need to bring 0 to 1 energy.\
*
We're on the forefront of new technologies, including new developments in AI (which we use heavily to power our product).\
*
The team we’ve assembled so far is world-class — talented, curious, kind, and obsessed with building delightful, fast, simple software.\
The main reasons for joining CommandBar are belief in our product and the opportunities for growth described above. That said, our benefits are pretty sweet 🙂 Overall, we believe in benefits that respect inidual choice and reflect the fact that optimizing your life outside of work leads to better performance at work.
The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000.
Our benefits include:
*
Flexible PTO with a 3 week minimum\
*
Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance for you, and 50% for your dependents\
*
12 weeks parental leave for all parents\
*
401k with matching\
*
A learning and development budget\
*
A generous 'Make Your Life Easier' stipend\
*
A home office budget\
*
3x/year all together including 2 onsites at our office in San Francisco and 1 offsite at a fun 🌴 location!\
Customer success @ CommandBar
Our customers rely on CommandBar to deliver a reliable and delightful experience for their end users. You'll be their primary point of contact to ensure they and their users are getting the most out of what we do.
1.
**Onboarding** - after they've decided to use CommandBar, you'll help our customers get up and running. This means you'll, in a sense, play the role of a product manager on behalf of our customers. Mapping out where their users encounter friction, understanding their business' goals, deciding how they should use CommandBar, hosting training sessions, etc.\
2.
**Ongoing account management** -- you'll meet with our customers frequently to help them understand the impact we're driving, identify new opportunities for CommandBar to improve their product, and gather feedback. When appropriate, this work will include helping customers understand if they could benefit from an expanded deployment of CommandBar; for example, moving onto one of our higher tiers.\
3.
**Voice of the customer** -- you'll become the world's expert in how CommandBar is being used, and the entire team will need to learn from you! Your feedback will be invaluable for shaping our product roadmap, informing our sales messaging, and bringing customer anecdotes into our marketing.\
What will help you succeed?
*
Experience working in customer success for a technical product. While CommandBar isn't a devtool, engineers are often involved in implementing our product.\
*
Account management experience, as this role involves managing upsells and expansions.\
*
Ruthless organizational skills. You don't let balls drop, you send out notes with action items after meetings, you get to inbox zero (or the equivalent in whatever email methodology system you use :)\
*
Experience using Salesforce.\
*
A desire to share what you're learning with the rest of the company. Synthesizing your learnings and feeding them back to other teams will be critical to your success (not just a when-you-have-a-slow-week activity).\

Legion Health is building a tech-enabled, high-quality psychiatry network where our clinicians see insured patients using our technology and scaled operations.
Through this initial model and our future growth, Legion Health is looking to use technology to solve one of the hardest problems in health care—the massive shortage of mental health professionals in the United States (estimated at a 240,000-clinician deficit by 2025). We believe that, by supporting psychiatric practitioners' independence, everyone in the ecosystem wins. Practitioners win because they're able to achieve financial independence, flexibility, and clinical autonomy, and patients win because they're able to access a high-quality, available, and affordable practitioner.
Our startup has a very strong emphasis on quality—this includes hiring only the best clinicians, deploying an outcomes-based measurement approach, and building a best-in-class standardized clinician training program. Patients, who are our primary “users,” enjoy a seamless experience with operations, insurance, scheduling, and prescriptions and receive top-notch clinical care. We aim to be everything that unethical actors (like Cerebral) are not by adhering to responsible prescribing practices, emphasizing evidence-based care and outcomes measurement, chiefly treating insured patients, simplifying our service lines and operations, and keeping patient acquisition costs low through novel technology.
Early-stage venture progress:• Backed by Y Combinator, the most prestigious tech accelerator in the world (Group partners: Michael Seibel, Tim Brady, and Diana Hu)• Rapidly scaling our mental health network and building software to solve the hardest problems in this space• Raised a venture capital financing round from some amazing venture capital firms and angel investors• Revenues in excess of >$1M

Some of the things that we look for:
* You have graphic design experience and a portfolio of work
* You proactively communicate status and provide deliverables on-time* You are proficient in standard motion graphics * You are based in New York City or Remote* You’re a great communicator and a curious, enthusiastic learner* Interest in sports or sports betting is a plusWho is Novig?
At Novig, we are building the first high-frequency, commission-free sports trading platform in the US — essentially the NASDAQ of betting.
We guarantee bettors the best odds and eliminates the need for traditional sportsbooks. We do this by enabling users to bet directly against friends or the market, rather than against the house, making the betting experience more efficient, fair, and, most importantly, profitable.
Novig’s founders, Jacob and Kelechi, are recent Harvard grads with experience at Jane St & BoA who started Novig with the belief that a commission-free P2P exchange model will replace the exploitative and unprofitable betting model of traditional sportsbooks. They themselves were sophisticated sports bettors who grew increasingly frustrated by the latency, discriminatory practices, monotony, and non-profitability of the retail sportsbook betting experience.
As the regulatory landscape evolves in the United States, Novig is positioned to become a leading innovator in sports betting with our unique focus on research and technology.
