About Paladin
Our story begins with our CTO and co-founder, Han, as the commanding officer of one of two Army Cyber Command field teams in the Middle East. Hanâs mission was to secure 13 bases across eight countries in the Middle East against critical threats. When he returned from deployment, he recognized that the US military and other large enterprises are able to deploy tremendous resources towards cyber security, while the vast majority of small and mid-size businesses remain unprotected. With monetary loss from cybercrime costing over $1 trillion annually, ensuring cyber protections and resilience has never been more business-critical. And yet, becoming cyber resilient is a complicated, expensive, and time-consuming process.
Our mission is to empower every organization to be cyber resilient, no matter the size of their IT or security team. Paladin is a cybersecurity provider that works directly with aggregators of cyber risk (insurance companies, trade organizations, unions, etc.) and their customers (policyholders, subsidiaries, etc.). We support our partners to identify, quantify, and mitigate the risk across their business. For our end users, we provide a low-friction, holistic cyber risk platform that is easy to implement and comes with zero overhead maintenance. Like AWS for server deployment and Stripe for payments, Paladin is building the dead simple, go-to solution for businesses looking to ensure theyâre secure without having to become security experts.
Paladin is actively protecting thousands of organizations today and growing quickly. Weâre in the early days of building a very special company that is mission-driven with strong unit economics. Weâre a tight-knit, focused, team that is unified by a passion for helping our customers fight cyber threats. Every Paladin is an owner of our business, our culture, and the outcomes we deliver to our customers.
About this role
Paladin is one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies in the world. We are looking for a Customer Support Associate as a key hire for our Customer Success team. You will be responsible for responding to incoming support tickets in a timely and professional manner, while also using these customer interactions as key data points to help us learn how we can improve our onboarding experience, our support process, and our product. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy being a perennial problem-solver. You will need to answer questions from our primarily non-technical users about a technical product and market, which will involve a lot of learning and asking questions as you go. You are someone who enjoys getting into the details with customers one-on-one to make them happy - understanding their businesses, workflows, and what makes them tick - and then thinking - âOK, what can we improve so future users donât have to reach out to us with that question to begin with?â
Our users are often SMBs who arenât technical themselves but are eager to gain cyber security protections (think: operations manager at a 20 person law firm; dispatcher for a trucking company). You will be responsible for meeting them where they are, building a relationship, and helping them onboard and get the most out of Paladin. You will onboard companies who have yet to implement Paladin, and consult with current users to ensure theyâre successful with Paladin.
This role will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business Development. Serving as the âvoice of the customerâ, you will play a key role in gathering and translating user feedback (including feature requests and bugs), weighing in on product roadmap, and helping to communicate new feature releases.
This is an inidual contributor role that reports to the Head of Customer Success. As the Customer Support team expands, this role has the potential to grow into a team lead role in the future.
You will be doing all of this within an early-stage startup. Our team is seasoned and professional, but of course there are lots of open questions and ambiguity, and you should be ready to embrace that. Weâre looking for someone with a growth mindset, a bias towards action, and above all else a problem solver. Culturally, people with low egos, high EQs, intellectual curiosity, and a bit of a tinkerer side tend to feel among their tribe at Paladin.
Some examples of projects you will work on in this role include: responding promptly and informatively to incoming support requests (calls and emails), building/improving Standard Operating Procedure documents for how we onboard new companies, writing tickets (we use Jira) for the Product and/or Engineering teams to help them understand discreet product issues that need to be solved, running (virtual) training sessions for insurance brokers to communicate the value of Paladinâs platform.
Location
We've been remote-first for years as we focus on finding the best talent wherever they may be. There are concentrations of Paladins in SF, LatAm, and EU and we enjoy getting together when we can!
Job duties
* Solve customer problems by responding to incoming customer questions (support tickets, phone calls, etc.) in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.
* Onboard end users to Paladin Shield, delivering predictable experiences and strong customer adoption.* Serve as the trusted partner for the customer on product functionality and cybersecurity best practices generally.* Develop process documentation for existing and best practices for common responses to customer questions and newly implemented processes. Maintain a list of FAQs.* Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and the rest of the Success team to share customer use cases and pain points. Collect customer feedback and synthesize for the team internally on new products and features.* Display empathy for customer needs and keep stakeholders (internal/external) informed.* Work on launching new projects focused on mitigating risk for clientsAbout you
* You enjoy building relationships with customers and solving their problems. For you, positive customer feedback makes you smile and brightens your day.
* 3-5+ years of total work experience. 1-3+ years in a support/service environment delivering for customers (internal or external). Support on a SaaS product is preferred. (Weâd love to hear about how you helped solve customer problems while working in the service industry, if thatâs your background)* Strong ability to prioritize and âget sh*t doneâ. You possess a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion. Can speak to past experiences of getting projects across the finish line repeatedly and on-time.* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences.* Youâre naturally curious, love learning new things, and are proactive in sharing knowledge with others.* High tolerance for ambiguity. You should be excited that your priorities will change over time, in large part based on what you communicate are the most important things you should be working on.* 1-2 years experience at a software company (high-growth and/or early-stage start-up) strongly preferred.* Low ego. You know when something is over your head and arenât afraid to ask for help.* Experience with our customer support stack is helpful but not required (ZenDesk, Jira, Confluence, Slack).Paladin provides a number of benefits to help you bring your best self to work:
* Competitive compensation and equity packages
* Health, dental, and vision insurance* Parental leave* 401(k) plan* Technology allowance - tell us what tools and tech you need to get your job done, and theyâre yours.",

We're growing 500%/year and our main challenge right now is ensuring that every sales call meets our high standards of excellence. We measure pitching and listening skills, rapport-building skills, accurate data entry into our CRM and billing systems, and more. We want to hire someone who has done this before, or has significant experience doing something similar. If you have never worked at a startup, this may not be a good fit. It's fast-paced, and we're building everything from scratch.
About YouYou know sales and you know systems. You cannot stand for anything less than high-quality customer interactions. You know how to measure, and create systems that help you continually take yourself out of the process, and put those evolving pieces into the system. You are a builder at your core, and love a complex challenge with lots of moving pieces.
**What Youâll Do (Before You Build Your Team)**Monitor inbound & outbound calls & chats, and evaluate agents' performance on quality of service; create reports using the (evolving) quality score for every rep, as well as highlighting potential areas for improvement
Monitor calls and chats, and own the associated CRM & Billing System hygiene, and overall data quality related to sales
Provide actionable insight (to management, and reps) on what impacts sales and what impacts churn
Conduct at least one one-hour, live, 1-1, coaching & shadowing sessions per week with each rep, to improve the performance of reps, and deliver feedback and training
Train new reps on the product, pricing, script, and systems
Track performance on a team and inidual level

Our Culture:

We think of Kalshi as a family bound together by our mission: we believe that this is the best (and most fun!) way to work. Kalshians are, by far, Kalshi's largest asset and we're obsessed with growing and investing in our people.

The rest of what the role looks like is up to you - a big part of our approach is that you get to chart your path as we grow and evolve. There's a lot of green field to conquer, we trust that you'll make a lot of it your own :)
Our Culture:
We are a group of people who work hard and get things done, and we're looking for more people like that! Meritocracy is at our core, and we value people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out - we don't care much about anything other than the product of your work. We think of Kalshi as a family bound together by our mission: we believe that this is the best (and most fun!) way to work. Kalshians are, by far, Kalshi's largest asset and we're obsessed with growing and investing in our people.

Hi - we're Leia and Steph, co-founders of Cambio, where we're building software to help real estate companies and their corporate tenants decarbonize their buildings. We do this by empowering them with data, specifically carbon emissions analytics and data-driven retrofit recommendations.
We were former commercial real estate investors with 14 years of aggregate experience at Goldman, KKR and Oxford Properties / OMERS. We deeply know the pain points experienced by the commercial real estate industry when implementing sustainability initiatives portfolio-wide and are building the solution we wished we had while running multi-billion dollar portfolios globally. Our mission is to bring a data science approach to commercial real estate in order to increase the pace of retrofits that get us to net zero by 2050.
We just finished YC (S22) and raised our seed round at latest valuation of $35M, led by Peterson Ventures, with participation from Fifth Wall, Pear, CRV, NFX, Accel, Agya Ventures and climate / real estate executives and founders as angels.
We're looking for a Founding Sr SWE (fullstack, leaning towards frontend) passionate about climate change to join our rapidly-growing company! Reach out to learn more.

Growth is the top priority for every company. Yet the best tools and practices are restricted to a few elite companies who can hire hundreds of engineers and data scientists. Everybody else loses 95% of their money on bad marketing. Mutiny is building a no-code platform that helps companies convert that waste into actual customers and revenue by personalizing experiences based on who is actually viewing.
This problem has not been solved in a decade and we are building an iconic company that will automate growth for every company. That's why Sequoia, YCombinator, and CMOs of companies such as Snowflake and Airbnb invested. Mutiny is beloved by some of the fastest growing companies including Notion, Brex, Carta, Segment, Algolia and Qualtrics. We have quadrupled revenue year-over-year with even more on the horizon!
The role
We are looking for a seasoned product manager to own data and analytics across Mutiny. This is an incredibly strategic area for us. You will closely partner with a team of engineers and designers to build out our underlying data platform and customer-facing analytics. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of your product area. The role of product manager can be simplified to three things:
* Define what it means for the product to be successful (strategy, roadmap, specs)
* Make sure everyone knows what it means for the product to be successful (communication, influence, motivation)* Make the product successful (execution, analysis, iteration)What you'll get out of it
* You are joining a rocketship! We are backed by Sequoia Capital, YCombinator, and CMOs from some of today's fastest-growing tech companies including AngelList, Carta, Gong, Hopin, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
* We are growing incredibly fast and about to hit another inflection point. The potential is unreal. Join and youâll see what we mean* You will create a name for yourself by bringing a level of quality never before seen in this category while developing a spicy brand (in an otherwise boring space* You will get exposure to real business problems every company faces (growth) that you can take with you to start your own company (or to help scale another).* You will have fun, plain and simple. There is a reason our first company value is that work should feel like play. You will experience a new way of working.* Our team is fully distributed across the US and EU. But we come together as a company for quarterly offsites (usually in super fun places). This combination of experience-based working is a competitive advantage we plan on leaning into. The profile
* Prior experience with complex data at scale and complex data integrations
* Prior experience on high growth B2B or B2C products* Demonstrated experience building clear roadmaps based on competing priorities across customers and internal stakeholders* Prior experience building platform roadmaps* Prior experience in product analytics, or data engineering preferredYouâll enjoy working with us if you believe:
Work should feel like playFaster always winsStir the post, regularlyDo the right thing when no oneâs watchingAll hands on deckLive in the world you want to changeWe are fully remote and offer H1-B Sponsorship.
